I sent all of my troops out to a neighboring barbarian city and only one returned. The mail you get for troop activity said no one was lost. Is it possible to get rid of your troops and I did it without realizing it or what happened??

I agree with Fire820. If you really want two cities... earn them. The tools are here for us to use and the real time usage is interesting. It limits you to a more realistic world build. Just spend twenty minutes a day maybe a few times a day and you can build your empire quite nicely.
