The farm has nothing to do with the amount of resources a city can produce. And yes, like you said it only stops the ability to produce more troops. The warehouse stores all the resources.

There should be a key at the bottom of that page that explains them all. The crossed swords is attack, red shield is defense against foot soldiers, and blue shield is defense against mounted units. If I am not correct, please correct me.

How it works is that after you conquer a city, you are allowed to change the name of the city in the city hall. If you want to change the name again, then you might have to buy gold in order to do so.

Yes you can, keep in mind that it will take them time to come back to your city before you can use them for anything.

In your guild tab, if you select the allies link, it will show you if you hav any allies, and it will list the amount as well.

I beleve you can have as many support troops as you want in a single city. The only thing you will be risking is that the city where the troops were sent from are not able to support the original city, if there is an attack on it.
