That option doesnt exist for all of Valor's worlds.

Bad idea.
I dont want anyone following my every move, seeing what buildings i upgrade, how many resources i've gained off of which city, where my troops are at any given time, ect... and i dont think anyone else would either.

Too many times my bran new city was conquered by a player moments after i conquered it my self, or after spending the better part of a day trying to conquer it and another player conquered it just before my last scholar got there, or when i sent an attack on a barb city just to get a reply asking me...

A few tweaks in my opinion City hall: 30 Barracks: 20 Forge: 20 Academy: 1 Can be destroyed. 1k each resource. An hour to recruit. No upgrades. Effectiveness is based on number of monks. Having having a set schedule/calendar for future worlds and game updates. That can be a good idea for competition as well.
