If I send scholars to a city then purchase a ceasefire will my city capped after I called the ceasefire be protected

Ya same for me makes attacking and sending resources to my cities a hassle...

I am on world 70 and username trone

There is an extra scholar in one of my cities it is not supported and in the troops in the city section says there is one. Yet, my academy thinks I have 2 as well. So it says I can produce -1 scholars.

Is it possible to recap yourself? For example I send 5 waves of scholars to a city that has recently been conquered. I cap the city then what happens? Do all my scholars disappear (they are seconds- minutes apart)?

Multiple scholars in one wave counts the same as one scholar attacking

At first the game wouldn't connect at all saying that I did not have Internet, but all my other applications on my iPod that require wifi worked. Hi i am in world 70, after capping a city with 2 scholars i shouldve lost one scholar normally, but instead it said i had 2 existing scholars where one was "supporting" the city i had capped. In reality, I cant move that scholar at all. Thanks.
