Getting message 104?? What dose that mean? Can only access in guild but everything else no good.

Please fix the crashing problem please. the game seem to be running a lot smoother with the new update. but the biggest problem,it crash the game so many time. Poeple will stop playing all together if keep happening n with the update kick out. The whole day can not get in the game. Thanks
