Not sure if you have this in place already but, when updating or fixing bugs send an in game or some sort of player contact besides forums telling us there will be an update or bug fix and estimated downtime. I have this same problem in world 77. Constant thing can't really do anything without the Messege coming up. Really annoying and irritating. Can't refresh mail or post on guild's forums.

Ok, happend to me in world 75. Unless you are here to provide helpful information about this problem I am asking you, please don't post on this thread.

I am unable to send, recieve, view and/or reply to the mail that I get in game. And because of it I could not request help or support when I was under attack and almost got taken. Please figure out how to fix this. Thank you.
