I created a guild and in the guild place it says theres a guild like one I created with me leading it but... It in the place where u would be if u didn't have a guild!! Any suggestions?

You can get more haul if u have more troops. The only prodlem is if your a farming inactive player your haul will be controled by the inactive players resource level.

I don't understand how ballistas work. Do u need three hundred men to protect them or what. And how many rams does it take to bash down a wall?
