I believe that every now and then putting a world with 80-100 person guilds would speed the world up and increase the fun and intensity of the game.

I agree with you, speed ups should be able to be used for both building AND troop production...which includes scholars

I disagree, Uguild will basically be the same thing as guilds but with unlimited members. This would not be beneficial for anyone but those with hundreds of people.
