Yeah but I find it can be tedious and more difficult than deleting them. Also because all of my cities are basically right on top of each other it can be a little bit of a trek to my closest ally from some of my cities.

I apparently have 22 scholars now and I can only seem to find about 16 of them. It is difficult to flip through all of my cities and go into the academy to see whether or not that city has a scholar. When I see a list of my cities maybe there could be an icon that goes with cities that have scholars...

I love the game and the ideas that they have come up with, but they should not be adding to the game when there is so many problems with what is already there.
