Yeah, NO, sorry....I personally think its pretty silly someone can attack you so anytimes. I will not give in to them. There should be some type of cool down on a person not being able to do something like this.

Okay, I am fairly new to Valor...only a level 5K'ish, I had it up to 7K and there is a level 28K attacking me every 20 to 30 mins...He has attacked me over 25 times and i am still standing. Is there a way to stop this? I joined a couple of guilds but I guess they got tired of their troops helping ou...
