If I've just queued up the Forge L20 build and/or City Hall L25 build and/or Barracks L15 build, and I still have resources to
build the Academy, let me queue it as well.

Of course, if I subsequently drop a prerequisite from the queue the Academy build would also be droppped.

Someone told me yesterday, don't know if it's true, that the next world opens when
the previous world has a population of around 58,000. So, check W90 to see if it's
pop is approaching that.

This would be a great addition. Either upgrade the building or just increase the prize values as the player's point total progresses. Getting a 15 minutes speed-up when I'm doing a 5 hour upgrade on the Forge doesn't feel like much of a prize.
