Hi LordNobama, As far as I am aware, you can go to the quest page, click on a quest and it states what is required to complete the quest. I believe, below those requirements is a button, which takes you to the place where you can perform those requests. Does that work for you? If not, let me know :D...

It should change instantly. Keep in mind as soon as the HQ is in your building queue, the building times will already be affected. So check the time of an other building, start building the HQ and*then check the time again, it should have changed. Good luck.

I was wondering, when you use prestige from the store, will it also help scholars which are already dispatched? I mean, do I need to activate prestige before I send my scholars, or can I activate it a few minutes before my troops hit? That information will be quite usefully for me

I do not completely agree with you guys. At that speed bonuses are also multiplied.
