Error

After update valor,
I got error this should not happen
Please try again.

I cant access my city.
Please help

I have the same error as well and have raised a ticket. Have you resolved your error?
May I know how long will it take for support to resolve the issue?

After update the game was working for a little while but now whenever I try to enter my World (51) it says "Error: Oops, that should not have happened. Please try again" Where do we contact the support team about this?
