Sound effect volume bug

In time I turn on Valor when I have more than one level of sound volume, it seems adjusted according to that, such like,

3gs volume : 1
Valor effect : 1
Valor music : 1

& when U was using higher volume like,

3gs volume : 5
Valor effect : 1
Valor music : 5

So I can't barely hear marching sound nor recruiting. Including all sound effects like clicking noise.

If I try to low down 3gs volume to 1, then it's like this;

3gs volume : from 5 to 1
Valor effect : from 1 to one fifth
Valor music : from 5 to 1

Thus, I still barely hear effects. Vice versa, when 3gs volume goes up again, the volume ratio just comes along with it.

I have to turn off Valor by holding long and tap x in the tasks and adjust my volume to one and start valor again.

I couldn't find on going issues in that sticky thread and couldn't find sound effect search.

I'm using as I quoted, iPhone 3gs 32gb.
