My mate has seven scholarships yet he can only make two scholars.any suggestions?help appreciated

He probably needs more scolarships. For every scolar you need more scorarships. Look at the bottom of the academy page and it tells you what you need to do

you need to buy more scholarships. for every new scholar you get you need to get the corresponding number of scholarships to get a new scholar. for example, if i want to buy my 50th scholar i need to buy 50 scholarships on top of the other scholarships i already bought. to get 50 scholars youll need to have bought around1,275 scholarships

I know I'm making my 40 th scholar.but having seven scholarships should get you three.

make sure you have a big enough farm to hold the scholar

I'm sure your friend must be having 2 cities, which means he/she has aldready used up one scholar, and has two scholars now thus extending the scholarship limit to 4. So 11 scholarships will be needed. Or it could also be the farm space.
