Extra scholar

There is an extra scholar in one of my cities it is not supported and in the troops in the city section says there is one. Yet, my academy thinks I have 2 as well. So it says I can produce -1 scholars.

T-rone if you have recently capped a city then you may have captured a scholar. That would put it in the negative scholars
