Missing Scholarships

I just purchased two scholarships in my city Sonata, and then went to check on my other city. When I went back to see how many more scholarships i needed. It said I had none saved, but the resources I had spent on the scholarships were gone.

Refresh your device and/or restart it. It should synch up to the servers and show you the correct information (that you bought 2).

If this doesn't fix things, send in a support ticket.

Missing scholarships!!

I took over a large city and immediately bought three scholarships. I also bought three scholarships for my main city at the same time. I did not get any of them but my resources were taken!! WTF. How do I get the resources back or get these scholarships back??? Anyone had success with claiming them back. They must have. Record if I can give an approximate time and the city name right?
