Gold for changing city name

I understand that Playmesh lets you change the city name when conquered, but often times, I like to rename them to help organize the city lists. Each time any city is renamed, I must pay 5 gold, even though I've already renamed it in the past. This can get expensive over time.

Can we make this expense a 1 time fee rather than everytime?
