No Access to Maps - Help or advice

I'm using a HTC it does finally load but everything is so slow

Dear valor, i do have the same problem with him starting today. Every time i want to view map, its log out from the game automatically. But its happen only in W80. Please check...

I'm using iphone and the valor is updated

The map does load eventually but only a small amount, when I played on my iPhone a year ago map would load straight away, the speed needs to be fixed urgently, but it is new to android so yeh

Air- Your issue is different from the one laviathon is having.

For both of you though please be sure to contact the support team if you haven't already.

I know this is what I always say but it does allow us to collect data/resolve those issues in a better way.

Orlor, portal- then gear icon just leads to normal settings there's no help option, why does map take so long to load? I cant possibly be the only one experiencing this its ruining the game

You would need to use the playmesh.zendesk.com url in order to contact support. Android users don't have the direct link in Valor currently.
