Yesterday I can't collect a reward from a quest so I can't continue the next quest ! Is it bug ?

Best advice I can give is to open a ticket and let them know which world you're on, which quest is bugged and how long you've been experiencing this problem. Uninstalling/reinstalling the app sometimes helps also.
