World 61 problems

World 61 problems

Loads of problems continually coming out in world 61.
Missing support reports are always happening.
I've a guild member who has gone invisible. He can't do anything, his cities are there, if I open them they are shown as part of the guild, but he doesn't appear in the guild member list, cannot attack, support or build. Been like this 2 days.
Had cities captured whilst support troops were in place and left unscathed.
In short, something is wrong. All crowns have 3 open tickets, one of mine has been unanswered for over three weeks.
Any other worlds having the same problems?
And yes, we have re-installed the game etc.

1. I am in a guild but don't appear as a member and I can't leave or access forums.

2. I lost over 400 scholarships after capturing a city which didn't have any troops.

3. I bought prestige and it only lasted about 10 - 12 hrs.

4. Last week I had only 2 cities. My other 118 cities disappeared. This was fixed by manually finding them on the map, and selecting "go to my city".

5. Instaspy reports lost after reinstalling the game (in a feeble attempt at fixing above problems).

Dubs122: Each post does allow you to put more then one line of text, please try to keep everything to one post in the future.

If you haven't already be sure to make a support ticket with those issues in it.

Dave: I see your oldest ticket as being 4 days old, please let me know what the ticket number for the one open for 3 weeks is.

Please be sure to keep those tickets updated as the support team is working on getting through those.
