Cannot collect rewards for quests

I upgraded my iron mine to level 15 in the Kora world and the quest was marked as completed. I went to collect it then got an error message saying "sorry you cannot collect reward for this quest" and then became marked with a red star instead of the green box. I am annoyed because I have spent a good bit of money on this game for resources and I ought to get my quest rewards. It's also annoying because now the iron mine quest line will not advance. In the Mystere world I similarly joined a guild and could not collect the reward for completing that quest. Seriously, what gives?

I also have experienced this, granted I'm new to the game but have upgraded my quarry and Ironmine and tried to collect the rewards and received the same error message. Help please!

Same here, cannot collect mine on w76, 79

Getting the same problem but no error message just no reward for reaching level 20 on my quarry and city hall on world 79.

Same as NightPuma here. No error message, but when upgrade wall to lvl 5 and ironmine to 10 it does not show as complete and no button to push to collect reward and update quest. A1 world.
