Game crash while opening messages and reports

Hi,

I wanted to reportba very disturbing bug.
Every single time I try to click on the letter box icon to read my messages and report, the game crashes and i get kick out of the apps.
What can i do? Does anyone have the same problem??

Ps: i already wrote an email to the support team, i'm waiting for an answer... :)

If you haven't tried a re install yet please do so. Besides that hopefully the support ticket gets to that ticket soon.

How can i reinstall the app? Should i delete it and download it again?

I just did it and nothing changed... So, hopefully the support team willbe able to solve this bug quickly! Otherwise, i guessi'll have to stopplaying because it's kind of hard playing without reading messagesand report

Have same problem exept when someone write me a mail! i can see the message but after it caches when trying to view reports!

I see that using Valor non HD, it clear something somewhere, and Valor HD works after that, but i uninstall it because of size, and cant re-install it because cant find it anymore in AppleStore .....
Very very bad bugg! cant continue to play if not corrected ......

Do you solve the bug of crash when opening message ?
I've the same since I update the iOs of my phone, but only on Mara ?!?!

Open the reports with Valor classic, it works.
Delete some reports to reduce the number of report, and then when using valor HD, it is OK.

The bug is not with iOS6, I see it using iOS5.xx. it is due to too high number of reports! Valor Classic version limits list of reports to 2 pages!!! and delete the older! It is why it works!

The question is: how can you delete report when you cannot even access them because your apps closes???
