Please Help

My cities will not update in W133. There is some type of glitch where many people have attacked barb cities and the system won't let us update our cities afterwards. I haven't had access to my cities for 2 days now. I made a ticket in the support website and nobody has been assigned to the ticket. Can someone please address this issue. I know people from several guilds who do not have access to their cities due to this glitch.

Can anyone from Playmesh help us??? I know there are several players with support tickets in right now for this glitch. Anyone??

This exact issue is one we are looking into.

I have the same problem. Same world. Been playing with jabuff or a long time now. Please do something about it. Reported it for 3 times already and my ticket still hasnt been assigned to anyone yet. Spent a lot in this world. It will break my heart if we need to restart. Im on my boosters and stuff. :(
