My map is dead

My map function is not working now, when I enter the map, the screen just shows the last active one, and can't show the city which should be in the center of the map. I am in world 122. I don't know it is helpful, since my last issue which are posted to this forum and help desk still not get any response and be solved.

Hey Sky,

First please make sure you have the newest version of both Valor and the iOS for your device.

Then please try a full re install of Valor.

When did that issue first start happening?
