Attack glitch

Hi i play currently on w100 today i was attacked when i clicked on the attack it showed the incoming was from a player in r32 i asked permission to retaliate , by the time i got home and back on to wifi the attack landed but was from a completely different player same guild and different region even.
The attack was well past the 15 min mark by the time i logged off to get home quickly the issue is that its made me look
Disshonourable and decietful , honour means everything to me and i want to know how this happened to explain to my crowns and has this happened before
