Attack reports gone missing

I had 14 attacks inbound to a single city, due to land in 14+ hours.
The attacks had been enroute for well over the 15 minute cancellation window.
But partway trough the attacks, when I logged back into valor, I only received 3 attack reports, with 2 attacks remaining.

Where did the other attack reports go?
B.t.w. my city is heavily defended, with support from 24 other cities. So for a single attack, I get 24 support reports, plus one actual attack report. So 25 * 3 reports, which is well under the 200 message limit.
So where are the other reports?

Ok so I had no casulaties, but where did the attacks go? Did they just vanish?
