Double Speed Up used to improve a building

Hi,

Please can you look into a speed up that I applied in W186 on my 71,42 city around 06:00 and 06:30 on 02/18.

I made use of an 8hour speed up to complete my academy which had around 7:34 remaining.

It appeared that the server was running an unsual length of time and that was when I noticed 2 x 100 coins were taken from my gold to progress the building.
