Valor Bug or Player Hacked?

Postby AnarcNeedsHelp » Tue Feb 26, 2013 10:01 am

Today a player in my alliance (w89) named BaTManLoCC called for support with over 300 incoming attacks to a large number of his cities. I sent support to his city at 203,167. I sent 5,000 guards initially. He also had another 1,200 guards headed to the same city (203,167). My inbox shows my support landed in his city at 15:35, but when I clicked on the report it showed 15:33? Loyalty in the city was down to 1 at the time. He was in the city in game and had no more incoming attacks to that city, and at 15:03 a report showed up saying he lost the city even though it had 6,200+ guards supporting it. His inbox said he lost the city at 15:35 but the actual report said 15:33. He has no other reports from attacks.

During the 30 minute time from I received 3 reports saying my support was attacked in his city but for some reason it says my support landed at 15:33 / 15:35 and my first troops died at 9:26 / 9:32 (time was off again). How can my troops die in his city 6 hours before they got there??? Also a second report says more of my support died at 10:34 / 10:35 (again time was different between inbox and report). And again how can my troops die 5 hours before they were in his city??? Finally the last of my support shows it was killed at 15:33 / 15:35 (again time varied.)

If he actually lost the city due to the player attacking that's fine. But why are the times on my attack reports all different than the inbox shows? Why do they show they died 5 and 6 hours before they landed in the city? And why did BaTMaNLoCC's user interface show he did not currently have any attacks in bound to the city? And if it was a bug that caused him to lose the city where did the 6,200 guards go?

I sent in a support ticket and its number is #46108.
