I'm having problems with my map. My city and those around are not showing up. I have tried Turing off snd restarting the game but it still won't work. It has been going 10 hours now

This is a known issue we are currently working on getting fixed.

A temporary work around is to completely reinstall Valor and the map should work properly for some time.

Same issue but not all the time. It's hit and miss. Sometimes I get the whole map others just section. Very annoying

If I install Valor HD will that work the same as a reinstall and get my map back (at least temporarily)? And will I be able to import my game from the standard version to the HD or will I be forced to start over?

You game isnt stored on your device, its stored on the server. If you have Valor and Valor HD on the same device, your cities will appear on both.

Map does not load cities around me, i have tried reseting the game and my phone, still it is the same. I have tried using several connections, still the cities around me wont load. I also contacted the support hours ago, still they have not contacted me back. Kindly help me, thanks!
