From what I've seen, the support team is just closing out tickets they can fix. The last three I put in we're closed with no resolution.

Agree with lady d.
Hope there will be some REASONABLE compensation for players who completely locked out.
Luckily, well i say luckily, im only suffering from the really kinda irritating
