W40 locked out

I am having the same problem getting into w40. I started getting attacked by several guilds. I lost 50 cities trying to pit up with all the pop bugs and finally got locked out over the past 2 days. I continuing to get attacked. I have gone from 505 cities to less than 400. In a few days because I can't defend. Thx Playmesh a lot of effort and money wasted on my part. Get these updates straight before you release them. By the time I get back in the game who knows what I will have left. Btw I tried deleting the app and reinstalling. Fail. Thx again.

Your pain and frustration is shared by many as the problem seems fairly common since the last update. I reinstalled after doing everything as instructed and now am totally locked out of my worlds too.

Daggerhead buddy, sad to see you are stuck here as well! Good news guys - read post on World 8.... Some guy ORLO seems to be in contact with Valor and claims things should be back to normal soon! Let's hope he's for real!

Getting same msg for past 2 odd days also. Can't get in and in middle of a battle! Did unistall and reinstall and still same msg. Put in tkt 24 hrs ago to support and no response.

Frustrated as well!

Thanks,now Im back in W40.
But I lost a few of scholarships,he it can be fix soon

I am extremely frustrated with the "busy updating Valor" message. EVERY time I switch cities it comes up! Please fix.

Orlor, glad to find that other players issues was fixed. But at least playmesh would consider my issue too. It's been almost ore than 3 weeks since I had reported my issue to you guys but haven't received any feedback lately. iPhone was restored and valor apps was reinstalled. Come on guys... What else should I do???

Make sure to keep your support ticket updated. What is your support ticket number? I will look into why it is taking so long for your issue.

My ticket #28541. Been in comm last time with you, chris, and sixpercentninja via email but havent receive any updates lately. Had sent updates and screenshots of the issue too. Had restored my iPhone and reinstalled both valor versions too.... I'm losing my cities and momentum guys, please help on my case. Many thanks.
