cannot post bb codes it tells me cannot post swear words or telephone numbers, have deleted and reinstalled but to no avail, logged a request days ago but no response, please help

If the text that would replace the bb, in this case the city name, is any of the above you wouldn't be able to use the BB code for that city. What is the name of that city?

Unable to forward reports. Get "updating Valor" message. Don't know if this was disabled or a bug, only been playing for 2 weeks or so (just in time for the Amazon fiasco).

Another bug I found when I constructed some units is that the number of available citizens in the top right(does update after construction) does not correspond to the number shown at the farm(farm number dosen't update)

I can't attack any cities it just gives me the valor symbol and returns me to the confirm attack page

Open mail, then swipe to change city, close mail.
Everything changes around the city, resources, name etc. but the city is the wrong city.


Market doesn't bring up trades past a few hours, it can go to 24 hours but seems internally capped.


Sent a few mails with 3 or so short paragraphs, when sent, the bottom paragraph gets left out.


Switching between cities sometimes causes the timers to flash for a few seconds as if the game keeps redrawing the screen.


Farm says I can build xxx troops, select barracks and build troops. Farm doesn't update, still says can build xxx troops.


Map cache error, some places around me have inconsistent data. Guildless player near me but when I send troops it says he's in a guild with several 1000000 points. Been like this for days. Map won't update.


On city A, sent resources to city B. Switch to city B and it doesn't have a timer on the market to show incoming.


Why are the barbarian cities around me increasing in points? They have no troops in them...


Volume on my iPad doesn't affect game volume, it's always loud or muted.

Start on city 1: farm has windmill animation. Swipe to city 2, farm has level 13 graphic. Select farm then go back to main screen. Farm now has windmill animation at level 13 and is a smaller graphic.

The sliding feature for city to city freezes up win I swipe it and it kick me out

With the new updated. Our allies/naps don't show up w76. Can you please fix that glitch
