Player profiles not showing

Lately I've noticed some players I click on in game had profiles that weren't updating. Like they had 18 cities yesterday and today they have 20 but their profile shows they only have 18. It was annoying but whatever....

Then yesterday some profiles I would click on would show a player had no cities and no titles and it wouldn't show me their kill scores or points. It was just random players here and there.

I deleted the non-HD version of valor and the issue was even worse with the HD version. So today I went back to the non-HD version and it won't let me view any player profiles or see who has any cities or who's gaining KSD or KSA, etc. it's a really big issue because I can't see if an enemy is gaining cities or losing them or anything. I sent in a support ticket but the help desk is closed on Sundays.

Does anyone know a solution to this bug?
