World 45 map issues

The map in world 45 has not been updating. Or it updates then the next time you view its back to beginner protection map with all cities showing B over them.
Even if it says B on those cities, you can still attack them, just that the map didnt update. The map should update later maybe in a few days or hours. Might be the same problem as disappearing cities, not sure.
Are they still on Begginer on the map?
