I wasn't paying attention and demoted myself instead of another player. The player is inactive but the real problem is I can't quit, change rank or disband the guild now. I'm stuck in a dead guild now.

I would contact the support team about this issue. It seems there should be a safety programming set-up to prevent that from happening.
