Cant forward

Hey every report ir mail that i am trying to forward there is a poping error "we are busy updating valor try again later" or the text must contain between 1 to 900 charts it is critical to fix it as soon as posibble guild wars starts because of this bug the entertainment from the game droops to zero considering if deleting ut makes you so angry that you cant prove that yiu are right!
