Can't withdraw guild invitation

I already send this concerned to the help support, but it doesnt give me any feedback, still they're stuck in the invite list when trying pressing the button it will say player is no longer exist. And when inviting a player i need it to manually type them in invite list there's no longer shortcut when you click their profile.

Does anyone experienced this before? Please brief me about this issue, for how many days should i wait?
