I Cant forward reports, I'm in world 53.

As a feedback reference, I'm unable to forward any reports or mail on any world, I simply get a message saying something like; "we're busy updating valor for you and will return shortly" this is a constant problem I've run into since starting playing this game on w47 just after that world was created.
