We are updating valor

I have been waiting while the game is "updating valor" and have been told "we will be back shortly" for four hours. Trying to figure out what to do I have attacks and cities that need monitoring as well as messages pertaining to guild memberships pending that I would like to get back to. Obviously something is wrong. I getting on with a wi-fi connection and with a 3G connection and neither seen to change anything. If anything can be done I would appreciate if someone would let me know what to do.

I have the same problem since last night since 21:00 VT on 28-March-2012
Strange thing is, I can enter any other world, except for World 41 (Omega)
I play in 8 other worlds and they are all OK.
We have the same problem on 2 different iPad's with 2 different accounts!
I have also reported this with Valor support. No response yet.
