Barbarian city troops

Hi, today I noticed that a barbarian city I've been farming on has suddenly recruited over 500 lancers. This was not over time. Is this supposed to do this? I lost some troops because of these lancers... :/

No they shouldnt. However, more likely is that another player supported this town with 500 of his/her own lancers.

You can't do that either. You cannot support a barb city.
Currently support is conducting an investigation of barbs doing things they shouldn't.
