Barbarian troop bug

Today I did a spy on a Barbarian town in World 60. location 195,156. the city has 2,293 points, has been a barb town since the game started and has never dropped in points.
It has currently has a lvl 9 farm but it is holding 6000 Lancers !!!
to support 6000 lancers it requires a lvl 22 Farm !!
when I spied some days ago it only has a few hudred lancers, and to make it clear the city never got balistaed and the point never dropped before, so a high level farm got destroyed is not possible. Plus this means the barbarian is building troop... at a very fast rate!
Please investigate this bug and fix it.
