I can't enter the world

I can't entered the world,and when I entered after just 8-9 second the game closed.why and what should I do

Re: World 66, last night I accidentally entered the world using ENTER instead of SELECT LOCATION. When I tried to RESTART, it would not let me, saying I had more than one city! It's a brand new world and I did not have more than one city.
I abandoned W66.
Can it be reset for me so I can go into World 66?

I am not able to enter world 36. Game keeps crashing. I have updated and rebooted the game. Not sure what to do?
