City Hall Bug

In World 65 I upgraded my city hall a couple times and none of the build times decreased at all. I thought that the build times of other buildings were supposed to decrease with each city hall upgrade.

This won't work if the buildings are already in the queue. If you cancel and restart them it should show a decreased time.

They weren't in the queue. I wasn't sure at first so I wrote down the times of completion and compared the times after I upgraded the Town Hall a couple times.

I have had a similar discovry just today! No good. I have two new small cities recently conquered and one had city hall 21 and the other is 23. Both have nothing in queue and both have forge lvl12. And for the forge build time, both are the same down to the second!!! So thats awesome, spend time raising ur city hall and does nothing!?!!
