BUG & COINS lost & wasted

1. I had prestige and had 2 attacks hitting 15 mins within each other and the game doesn't know how to count, who can I forward the battle report to?
2. Then I used coins or aura blessing, it took effect for 5 seconds then I lost it?

Please look in to my account, I want a refund

does this make any sense? how does the loyalty increase from 9 to 44 in 1hour in a 1speed world?

I play on wheel of fortune and ends up nothing while number of chance I bought or have still being count towards or subtracted...? Do I get coins back and chances reimbursed?
