Report problems

One of my guld players in world. 54 is under attack. I have support in his city. Many attacker waves should have already passed acording to incoming rally reports. My support was there on time but i still havent receive any attack reports. Also we chaosed city from outside and wanted to continue with it when attacks pass. At the moment looks like as game is stucked at some point. All other things as it looks in game work. Please advise.
