One of my cities show it to have 31,000 people in a 23,000 farm restricting me from growth and troop production. I have tried reloading the app, reinstalling the app and waited a few days for it to disappear. Nothing has happened and I am unsure what to do as the city is now basically useless.

Please contact our support team about this issue. I know they are currently looking into an issue with some cities with over population. Details to contact them can be found in my signature.
