Cant open map???

Hey guys why I can't view the map... I can see only a few area near my city only... I try to on n off my Hp but still can't view it... N always update the new version too still can't view...? Need help here...?

I have the same problem.
Sometimes it helps to change the search coordinates and use the update button.
