Guild chat

I've had two issues with guild chats. In world Pisces, I notice that some chats are repeating and out of order as you scroll through the history of our guild.

My second issue is in world septus, where today I found that even while I was in the chat room, the number of people was 0. That prevented me from leaving messages or responding to others. And yet we could post in our guild's forum or send mail to each other.
