Problem while on Cell Data?

For the last week or so, I've been experiencing a bug where the game will not load while on cellular data. When I'm on a wifi network it works just fine, but the moment I switch to cellular data, it stops being able to access Valor's servers. I have an iPhone 4S on AT&T, and I have checked that it's not an overall slowness of data; all my other apps work perfectly fine and fast.

Valor should work the same both on wifi and cellular service.

I would suggest contacting our support team for this.

I've been having the same issue, but I'm using a galaxy s2. I thought it was another android glitch

It fixed itself today with no changes on my part. Maybe it's AT&T having some sort of problem with Valor's servers?

I find that this happens to me sometimes too. If i switch airplane mode on for a few seconds and then back off, it seems to resolve itself.
